This is an amazing vast bed! It is of French origin and is circa 1900. The bed is made of Walnut and has been fully polished in our workshops. The style of the bed is Louis XV which depicts the shapely legs and slightly arched top panels.
 
The foot end has 3 decorative panels and the central panel has pretty carved flowers and swirly ribbons. The bed is slightly large than a standard Super King and slightly smaller than a standard Emperor bed. Beds of this width are extremely hard to find!
 
The bedstead is supplied with a firm , fabric covered bed base, which is provided in two parts (for ease of access). We stock a number of mattress options thus allowing you to have the bed base and mattress in the matching fabric. We can easily make any of our mattresses to fit this bedframe.
