Bed Base Prices
The majority of bed bases are in stock and can be sent out via Parcel Force 48 the next day.
The bases are imperial sizing, metric can be made to order at no additional cost.

About our Bed Bases
Our bed bases are made in Britain. We make 3 different types of bed bases -
Firm Non-Sprung Bed Base

A solid wooden frame construction made with kiln dried timber and a breathable top layer which allows air to flow around the mattress

Available in either a 2 ½”/6cm or 4”/10cm depth. (6”/15cm by special order).

Bases over 4’ wide are made in two separate sections to make it easier to carry up the stairs
-
100% cotton covers – either pale cream or black and white stripe
-
Chamfered corners on all firm bed bases to accommodate the spigot or bolt on an antique bed frame

Discrete Internal linking bars - rather than having the linking bar on view

Complete with locating blocks

These bed bases partner perfectly with firmer mattresses as there is “no give” in the bed base

Sprung Bed Base

An outer solid wooden frame construction made with kiln dried timber and internal hand tied coil springs

Available in a 4”/10cm depth (6”/15cm by special order)

Bases over 4’ wide are made in two separate sections to make it easier to carry up the stairs

100% cotton covers – either pale cream or black and white stripe

Chamfered corners on all firm bed bases to accommodate the spigot or bolt on an antique bed frame

Block Board Bed Base

Made of mdf and ideal if a very thin bed base is required

Available in ¾”/2cm
