Large French superking upholstered bed featuring central ornate carvings and a polished wooden frame.  The foot end has a demi corbeille or curved end that has three panel detailing that enhance the elegant curves. The bed dates around the 1900s. Recovering the bed is included in the price so the only additional cost is your choice of fabric. We have a good selection of fabric books and we are more than happy to send you samples once we have discussed your interior design ideas.  Large antique beds are extremely hard to find.
 
The bed comes complete with a new fabric covered bed base which is provided in two halves for ease of access.  We can also provide you with a bespoke shaped mattress to accept the curves of the foot end, full details of which are listed on the 'mattress page' of our website - we can make the mattress and bed base in the same matching fabric.
