Office / Admin Assistant 10-12 hours per week - split over 3 days
£15.00 per hour self-employed
We are a retail business that specialises in restoring antique beds and country style home interiors. Our showroom and office is based in Headley (GU35) and we are looking to recruit an Admin / Office Assistant.
We are a very small, friendly but busy team that work closely together, turning our hand to any job that needs doing. This is a varied part time role that is based at our showroom/office.
Responsibilities will include:
The majority of our sales are internet driven on 3rd party selling websites. The ideal person would be computer literate and tech savvy. The ability to navigate selling websites with ease is essential as new stock must be uploaded on a very regular basis.
Keep on top of office admin.
Customers also visit the showroom and call with orders / enquiries, so being comfortable talking to the public and a polite manner is essential.
You must be super organised and a self starter with an ability to see a job that needs doing and just get it done!
Stock changes regularly in the showroom and part of the role is to keep the showroom clean and tidy.
